Am I the only person here that is just a little dissapointed with the apparent lack of decent titles for the PSP??? It almost seems that they made the PSP and GTA:LCS just to say "hey Nintendo look what we can do!" but then say "hahaha we can out do you but we dont wanna as we have the PS3 on the way". All I am saying is that when I biought the PSP I was itching to get my hands on some great games, but the top 10 has been the same for months and when I asked to look at the up coming releases in GAME the most promising one there was James Pond 2 Robocod and I have that on homebrew! Where are all the great games we were promised? what I have so far is:
LCS Raw vs Smackdown Fifa TOCA2 Lumines mercury Snooker while I enjoyed most of them for the most part, I have to say that they were pretty short lived and didnt hold much appeal in the long term. however, for hb I have Scumm SNES NES Genesis Sodumu etc... and these games have me playnig them every night. I guess what I am saying is I am dissapointed that the best games I have for my psp werent even designed for it. And that the new games that are coming out (the few that are) have little to no appeal other than graphics. The psp is fast slipping in my all time best console meter!

I confess if it wasn't for the PSP's ability in the homebrew department, my opinion of it would be considerably lower than it is. This makes it all the more ironic that Sony would eradicate homebrew completely given the chance.

i'm as disappointed as you, i don't see ANY good game for psp
lumines was fun but not enough (also cause nintendo ds puzzle games are way better) I don't even find GTA a good game, it's getting boring doing the same old stuff in every GTA game...the only thing i usually do is kicking some thug and steal some car -> then i turn off the psp I always play with nes, snes, and gbc emulators...they're pretty good i wonder why sony wants to kill them, they could do them available like it is for gp32 buh dunno x.X |
