well infrastructure will work if you are near a hotspot. and ad-hoc is for multiplayer lan

what you mean hotspot? thought it went over via the net

Hotspot is like a wifi access point like at starbucks or mcdonalds. which let you go on the net. you need to be able to get on the net to be able to use infrastructure

I have a wireless router so i should select for lan then? i tried that on most wanted and it found no players again
