what game do you think doesn't live up to the hype, for me it's got to be Wipeout :evil:

I agree with Wipeout. I mean sure it is an OK game, but how much more can you expect from a racing game?

none tbh, as there has been no real hype for any games so far unless im missing something. not even much hype over gta lcs which i imagine is going to be mind blowing

Unfortunately I feel it is the PSP itself that has proven to be over-hyped. Having great *potential* is one thing, but so far all we have seen it that *reality* needs more than a cool screen and nifty specs. The DS games - like Advance Wars, Castlevania, Trauma Center, et al - are innovative, engaging, and match 'full system' games in terms of depth and gaming experience ... and I'm so tired of hearing 'it's just a handheld' to justify the 'console junior' experience of PSP games.

I hope that things like XMen Legends 2, GTA:LCS (even though I've never played a GTA game), SW Battlefront 2, LotR Tactics and so on change this trend, and give us a reason to actually be happy with a 'legit' PSP purchase.

When we're all playing mulitplayer GTA and stalking each other around Liberty City with chainsaws and motorbikes we'll all be in heaven. Personally, I love playing near PS2 quality games, while similtaniously carrying my holiday photos, cd's, videos, internet, etc in my pocket and this is just the start.

yup gta is gonna have multi player and the over hyped game for me is metal gear acid for me i know alot of people liked this game though

will it be proper multiplayer though. not the multiplayer crap that was on san andreas. will 2 people be able to go their own ways etc, have races in car and granny killing competions and the rest of it?

Well you can hunt have two player mode where you hunt each other down and a map shows you a blip for the other player/s. Also talk of team modes where 6 players can protect an area together. SWEET! See gamesradar.com for the story, sounds ace.

i really hope its not gta ls thats the over hyped game, no other psp games have been hyped, but games i was dissapointed with are .. need 4 speed, fifa , wipeout ,
