You didnt have to wait, for about $300 (with shipping) you could have got a Japanese PSP a month ago, and heck you still can if those last few days are gonna kill you. You're just gonna be the ones saving $50+ and getting tons of extra crap we didnt get because $300 is only the PSP, not the case and memory card, etc., plus we can't watch Spider-Man 2 UMDs on ours. ;(

i paid 380gbp ($720) each to get two before xmas, ok i feel a little dumb but i dont regret it

i even spent an age building a site to spread the word (although im being overtaken by a load of other better, newer site developers)

its sad because it wasnt always about the graphics

its kinda like the media manipulating teens...thats how sony is marketing the PSP the graphics are the main tool for marketing and the PSPs other faults are ignored

The stick in the value pack is for game saves only, you dont need more. Seriously, for $30 I got a 256 mb one which works for me.

PSP's primary target audience is the 18 to 35 year olds, those considered the early hardware adopters and technology enthuisiasts.

Exact words from SCEA's CEO at CES 2005.
