also where can i but Felyne for combat
everytime i ask the Old lady with a bag full of felyne it always comes to cooking felynes which i never use...
soo how do i get those combat cats
i want a bomb one and my ricciardo is knife or sumthing sooo

Well that sucks that you don't like your new weapon. All that work for disappointment. And I just like the Beat Saber cause it's really sharp and you can attack so fast with longswords. But I'll be sure to give that dual Hermitaur quest a go with the hammer and see how that works. Sucks cause they're ALWAYS in the same area. And when one moves to an area the other one comes shortly after.

EDIT: Just did it with the Anvil Hammer and beat it with ease in 7-8 minutes.

EDIT 2: Managed to repel Lao. Tried so damn hard to kill it with the Basarios Rock MKII but it just wasn't good enough. Had a feeling it wasn't. But I'm up to HR5 now

Meh, it's a fine sword really just not such a great improvement. Better than anything else I have anyway lol Hmm I'm tempted to buy that Saber now, I tried it out and the white bit matches the colour of S series armor, my current colour is rainbow so it looks a bit.. yeah. It's kinda cool but.. really really gay haha.

Congrats on HR5! I'm not sure now whether to slow down and finish all the quests I skipped or just continue on to HR6. I think I'll get the Blango Destructor first anyway just in case I want to take on Rajang again in the near future.

Congrats! You can buy comrades from the same old lady but she only carries them sometimes so you gona have to keep trying. I'd stick with a knife felyne, when you're a blademaster the bomber cats keep blowing you up lol.

Nice avatar! I remember being so proud of my first time hunting Khezu I made the armour and a sig out of it.

Also, I'm not sure if I can take down dual Tigrex's. I can dominate most wyverns but this guy always gives me a pain.

btw I got the Onslaught. It pwns. I need to get a Lao claw so I can make the power talon. I'm power hungry. With high affinity, medium attack boost, additional boost with the power talon and [mega] demondrug/felyne powerboost from kitchen, I should be able to take down things super fast lol. Maybe even add a power charm to the mix as well.

Shall see how it goes, we could try Xlink to see if that works, it'd be a hell of a lot easier. Haha you're turning into me when I had Rath Soul armor, I had to keep increasing my power as much as possible! Ceanataur armor is good for that too. I didn't realise how much sharpness accounts for your damage. Green multiplies your damage by 1.125, blue by 1.20, white by 1.30 and purple by 1.50

I want to do some Xlink but first I'll need to get a hold of a Wifi Max.

And ya that's why I chose the Beat Saber, it had great sharpness and was easy to obtain.

The card on my lappy may work on Xlink but I have no idea until I try it. Meh whether it does or doesn't, not too bothered.

I want to get at least one Narga weapon now. I'm leaning towards that Gunlance since I already have all the materials for it but it costs 80,000. Didn't know you can upgrade a Tigrex weapon into a Narga weapon

Nice to see more monster hunter fans Good idea, everything you learn there will be needed for the whole game. Remember to start at the elder quests and avoid the guild till later.
