Liberty City Unique jumps - PSP-Forum.com

Hey
I know I'm a bit of a "johnnie come lately," but I would like to know if anyone can point me in the direction of finding out where the unique jumps (and rampages) are? I would ask for hidden package info, but I think I'll try and do that myself. Can anyone help?

p.s. It's Liberty City, not Vice City
