I think it's still an RPG, but it's not turn based... Anyway, Final Fantasy Crisis Core is awesome.

'The Legend of Heroes' is an alright one IMO, the first intro (and to an extent the first level) is bloody annoying though.

You might also like X-Men Legends II; Rise of Apocalypse. It's pretty good, but not sure if thats what your after.

Seeing as Bamhm mentioned it, i just got Crisis core and i must say for my first FF game im impressed. However i dont like turn based games this "free roam" style one is pretty cool.

I am getting God of War next.

if your a full on FF head get.. Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions.

I got that thinkin it wuold of been like Crisis Core.. was dissappointed, then got hooked.

Ima actually buy Crisis Core tonight.. aint played my psp since xmas.. but now im back into it.. thought id start postin here again. yup!

I thought Crisis Core was excellent as well - a perfect tie in to FFVII. It sort of bugs me, though, that a great majority of the people who bought it didn't even play VII.

CC is before VII so it doesn't really matter. But on the other hand you could say that technically you should play FFVII because it was made before Crisis Core and therefore Crisis Core really is a game that was made to fill in the gap Left by FFVII. (If you know what I mean.)
