i've had it for a week or so now and am luvvin it! It is soo close to the PS2 incarnation it is an impressive game on the PSP.
Only a few missions in i am struggling to feel the differences in the various planes but i have only flown the first three so no great shakes there. If it stays true to form, the vextor thrusting beast later on are a scream to fly! now if only I can stop my 4 year old son flying into the ground at 800 mph i might just get him into it too! |

its default setup is to the advanced controls from the PS2 as in the flight controls are correct. (opposite X-Y and you have to bank properly).
The map function takes a bit of a hit thru lack of buttons (i miss the analog map from the PS2) but the missions are much smaller so far and so no long flight missions so far - more 'there it is! blast it!!' good game, recommend it if the genre is for you... |
