I updated my psp with the version 3.80. My friend told my that this version does not have the folder “ISO“ (when connected via a USB cable to a computer). He also said that he can not play PSP games on his memory stick!

Is that true!!!?????
Can I just put the games in the “GAMES“ folder?
Will the games work???

No talk of ISOs read the rules.
You have to be on custom firmware to allow homebrew.

The only way for you to get on homebrew is via pandora battery. Find out how to make one here.

Homebrew is generally split into games and applications. It's just anything you make yourself, in this context, for the PSP.

I'd suggest you don't mention what I'm presuming you are wanting to play on your PSP but suddenly can't....

from now on, whether that's what you want or not, you are looking to play 'Homebrew'

that's my advice...
