Wiki is never wrong.

Your making the mistake of thinking that adhoc is online. It isnt. Its a local network of psp's communicating to each other. Infrastructure, however, is with the use of the internet.

GTA VCS is multiplayer, but its not online.

VCS is good.....Not online though as kev and mb have said
