anyone know how to save when playing the game mind quiz as all it seems to do is quit game or continue

Umm, i used to have that game, and on the main menu (it looks like a room kinda i think) Its like on the bottom right side i think. Is it the game where you can only test yourself once a day. It might have autosave on.
