For driving games, you can try "NFS most wanted", it's an excellent game if you really like racing.

For racing i suggest NFS most wanted or burnout. Burnout is very addictive.
For a fighter i'd have to say get tekken.

for shooting I recamend medal of honor heroes the original version. its simple fun and adventures.

I would go for burnout or ridge racer wor the racing and i dont really know about shooters for the psp
