I just got this game and it is awsome. It has a very good plot about people who jack into an abandont combat simulator for the army, oh also it's 2010 so aliens and futureistic weapons. You get a lot of weapons to choose from, about 30 not including the 7 variants of grenades!!! you start out with the pistol then get a grenade then get a fully automatic rifle.

There are also gate keepers, you have to destroy them to proceede. *TIP* {If you snipe and hit their eye they die faster.} It also automatically locks on if you stand still but if you move it's not as good of a lock on.

The graphics are AS good as "Ridge Racer" and as intense as "Need for speed underground: Rivals". AMAZING i died and it broght me back to the same map BUT it was DIFFERENT! This is because it has a random map generator so each map is different. That is one of my favorite things about this game.

The only downside to this is that it is hard to get your control settings down you can use either of the button pads and your joystick. And it acts as if you have two joystics like most FPS's. My prefered selection is TYPE D. One final thing, you must watch the opening intro clip, it's so cool!

Rating: 9/10

It's good to see a positive review of Coded Arms - most places have been ripping it apart. THe control system seems to be a common factor in most reviews.

I'm glad you liked it though - and the map generator does look sweet

This game isn't as bad as most reviews make it seem. The controls take some getting used to, GET OVER IT ITS A HANDHELD! Other than that I think the game is totally worth buying.

Well, do you play Megaman Battle Network? I've never heard the term "Jack in" outside of MBN before.

I also bought this game and i am enjoying once you get the controls down its a good game. with the online features it has do any of you know if you can play people acrosss the nation or just somewhere close??
