i play and i just got this game the other day and i love it!
I haven't played it online yet though.

there are currently 2 games out, and another two will be released in March.
but only ONE named World Series Poker (which is definitely the best i've played for any platform)

i see. i just checked out the list of psp games, and ur right jonnyweb69
theres a world series of poker, and world championship poker 2. so the world series of poker is the better buy hu?

did the world series poker not get a rating of like 1.2 on gamespot. i mean for a game even Spider Solitaire got a higher rating!! although i have had a few poker games back at my flat in the past while but no money changed hands just the clothes :wink: poker is a highly addictive game and if any of you peole out there have a gambling problem there are people out there to help you. the first sign to getting better is admitting you have a problem :cry:

I have never cared what ratings games have received, it's a matter of personal opinion.
heck, the person who did the review may HATE poker but still have to review it.

I'm not sure why this game got such a bad take from reviewers. I've had it now for a couple of months and I still have a great time playing it. If you enjoy poker, particularly in a tournament setting, then you will probably get good use out of this game. It's quite fun to create your own player and enter tournaments, trying to out-last a couple thousand other players and place high enough to put some serious thick in your bank roll.

I love poker, but I didn't think about getting this game because I have ParyPoker and when I'm not playing at home I'm playing with real people.
