Can somebody give me any instructions on how to upgrade my psp to it?
my psp is 1.5 right now.

Download the 3.40 OE upgrader from www.dark-alex.org. Download the 1.50 and 3.40 PBP from www.psp-hacks.com.

Read the readme.
