So Instead of buying a regular psp, I found a guy on ebay selling a psp with games on them.He said he has ps1,sega,gba, and nintendo games on a 2 gig stick which he will give me,he also said I couldnt play any new games on it...

That cant be right can it? Does he not know what he is talking about?

No, he's right. The PSP is probably on 1.5, which can't play new (or old, for that matter) games. You can buy it and then we'll walk you through how to upgrade to 3.30 OE.

Think of 3.30 as 1.5 with every new feature you can think of.
