Default 1.5 vs 3.03 OE-C
After the 3.03 Downgrade, I got my PSP to v1.5

Now my friend told me to now upgrade it to 3.03 OE-C

Is there a big difference? I mean I can still play homebrew and stuff with 1.5 right?
