No, PSP's are slave devices. You cannot connect slave - slave unless there is a primary/master in there somewhere.

I believe there is a homebrew app out there which makes the psp a master device. Not seen it nor used it so it may be a whole load of balls. Google it, sure you will find something.

Why not transfer something of one psp to computer firstly, then transfer the thing on computer to another psp?

You can transfer pictures from one PSP to another. But it's using the IR ports. Too bad Sony never found another use of the damn thing.
