Default Transferring data from memory stick

I started with a 1 gig chip, filled it, and now I have a 4 gig chip. How do I transfer EVERYTHING (All of my saves, settings, music, videos, pictures, etc.) over?

Settings are on your actual PSP, not the mem card. As for the other stuff, just plug it into your PSP, go to USB mode, and highlight EVERYTHING then copy it somehwere on your computer. Do the same thing with the new card, except paste everything.
