im not sure about windows xp but i think theres an older version like window 98 but isn't very good because:

-It takes about 10 mins to load (seriously)
-I think it writes to your flash which has a possibility of bricking your psp
-It only works on 1.50 fimeware

Theres an another way to get like a fake windows on your psp which is not as good. Its a flash application.Look on google for a "windows flash portal" for psp.

Edit: I just found the flash portal -http://www.winpsportal.com/download.php

Hope that helps

I think that you might mean the portal, if you mean the Windows 95, thanit pretty much just sucks. Here's the portal though, http://www.winpsportal.com/download.php

That portal sucks...its just all for looks...

I'm becoming to be tempted to try that Windows 95 homebrew for the 1.50...I would love to have the option to run .exe programes...

Yea, the portal is nothing like actually running XP...

The closest thing to that would be what Ryder's talking about...but so far that still seems pretty risky. (With all the writing to the FLASH)

The flash only has 32MB of space with no firmware writen to it and the frimware updates are almost all 20MB so that'd leave about 10MB...I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!

I WANNA RUN .exe PROGRAMES!!!!

No no no...the firmware updates are only stored on your MS...then deleted after the firmware has been changed.

Naw the EBOOT is used on the memory stick and it's decrypted when its installed into the flash...thats why when I emulate 2.71 on DevHook it takes up about 22MBs to have it on my memory stick...
