alright you know how when you put music on your psp it lists them alphabetically by band and then alphabetically by song?
is there any way so it lists the songs in the order they are on the cd? so they appear as they would on like itunes and not by letter

You might be able to do it with Sonic Stage or something like that (I'm sure there'r better programs to rename music). When you rename your songs, put a number in front of them. That might get them in the order you want. Catch my drift?

10+ songs, each in different folders.... I'd never do that. Just try what I said, it may work. If you're confused about what I'm talking about, just say so, I'd be glad to help.

Weezer's solution works. I had the same problem a while back, but I just renamed the songs without using Sonicstage or any other program. I put numbers in front of the song name, for instance: 01 Janie's Got A Gun, 02 Angel, 03 Cryin'. They were then in order of the numbers and not alphabetical. Also when the songs are on your PSP it doesn't display the number, just the song title. Let me know if it works for you.

If you haven't tried sonic stage try it.
Out of all the methods I've tried, nothing beats sonic stage for ease and conveniance. You end up with one PSP "block" per album, it'll automatically add cover art to the block. Not everyone fav but its quick and simple. ONCE MAJOR HINT THOUGH!!! whan you let it search for music, make sure you only have one copy of each track on your HDD. I had more than one copy and ended up with every track listed 2/3 time. You cannot even get it to re-scan from the beginning. Bit of a pain but if you limit the search its ok
