Default psp infra red ('*') << tis a cat look!

guys i was wondering what is the infrared bit at the top of the psp used for because i thought that ad hoc and stuff lyk that was done with WiFi please help im quite confuzled :? :?

It's there as a future feature..

Theres probably something you can use it for to do with the PS3 but don't [ quote ] me on it.

okay nd also theres a digital cameera thing under photos so will like the pictures u take with the camera which will come out in november go under there?

I have a digital camera by Sony. It saves the pictures in a certain folder on the MS. The Digital Camera folder is a shortcut to the folder made by the digital camera so you don't have to move folders before you put it in the PSP.

The infrared is for playing multiplayer games with your friends and sending and receiving pics with your friends.

wifi mate, radio waves travelling through the air all day long! I dont really know why the Infra red sensor is there, I'm guessing Sony are going to bring something out that doesnt have wifi in it??!?

I'm thinking something to do with the PS3 but the ps3 will have wifi in it.

Explain to me how I can send an image to another PSP without even facing them, or why you have to have the WiFi switch on to send images in the first place
