Why not just ask us a more stupid question like is a paper aeroplane and an f-22 fighter jet different. Answer to that is the same for your question. They are both the same things, except on does more than the other, but the paper aeroplane can do things the F-22 cant aswell(Homebrew) I love my comparison theorys |

Ok thanks for that info but im still a little confused =( very sorry.
All i want to do is be able to go out and buy games, movies ect and use them, i dont want to do anything illegal. I just wanna buy games and movies and use it the way it is designed. Are you saying that older games wont work on some versions or illegal games wont work on some versions? If i just wanna use it with store bought games and movies would i be right in thinking that i should upgrade? many thanks pavariangoo |

First of all, homebrew isnt illeagal as such.
downloading an entire psp retail game and saving it to your memory stick is illeagal, and we dont discuss that here. but downloading home made games where the designer has allowed it to be downloaded, isnt really illegal. If you are not interested in these then dont worry about it. My advice is, update your psp to ver 2.6, this will play all games and movies and if you have GTA you can use it to play homebrew if you enjoyed the good old SNES days. find out more here |
