psp crashes - PSP-Forum.com

i have had it for a while and have a 256 mem. i was able to connect easily to the internet via wifi for a while, but now it crashes when it is trying to get to the home page. freezes up and eventually reboots. any ideas what would cause this?

It might be overheating.......that onlyhappens when you go to the home page?

yea, when it's on the white screen with the cursor. it hasn't been on before i usually try to connect, so i don't thik it could be overheating.

Mine sometimes crashes when I play Syphon Filter online...I have no clue hwat might cause this.

My PSP is starting to crash-when I'm playing games it crashes now and then.

Mine has started doing it again, when i save in Splinter Cell it shuts down, it started happening a while ago whilst playing Colin Mcrae and i started looking for the reciept. :cry: but that was a couple of months ago and i use it pretty much every other day and it's only started doing it again now.

It is firmware version 2.5 and i've tried removing the disc to check for dust and the mem stick also. Everything seems ok?!?

same happens here only sometimes i load internet brower and the squigly thing in the corner stops moving then after a while it turns off. also when im playing gta multiplayer it crashes and turns off for no reason please help
