OK SO I TRANSCODED THE VIDEO THIS TIME WITH 3_GP CONVERTER AND I SET THE OUTPUT TO MP_ROOT>100MNV01 AND THEN IT WORKED BUT IT SAID CORRUPTED PLZZ HELP

Use something like PSP Video 9. It's simple to use, free and uses all the right formats

AND DON'T SHOUT I'M NOT DEAF!

i havent used that program before, but it probably didnt rename the mp4 for you after it wsa converted and sent to the folder. if thats the case, just rename the file to M4V*****.MP4 (*= random #'s)
