yeah i know. sony's proprietary thinking again. they think everyone is going to get the sony image converter. yeah i got it, FOR FREE!!! it's the easiest way for videos. it converts and puts it on the psp for you. i've only done it once and i forgot to check my psp to see where it put it though. sony customer service says you can just create a folder in the psp folder named videos and it should work.

Okay for the FOURTH time... :P

Go to your root directory and make a new folder called "M_ROOT" wothout quotes. Inside that folder, make a folder called "100MNV01" without quotes. Inside THAT folder, put video files. FOR EXAMPLE...

X:\M_ROOT\100MNV01\MV4xxxxx.mp4

Substitute X for your PSP drive letter of course.

Also, all video files have to be named in a certain scheme.

MV4xxxxx.mp4

Substitute "xxxxx" for any 5 digit number other than all zeros, or "00000."
