Default issues with PSP!!!

I have had to send back my PSP four times due to issues!!!!

There is a factory warranty on it, but they just send you a refurbished PSP.

First time was an issue with one of the buttons not working properly.
Second time, it did not turn on properly and nothing would show up on the screen until I did a hard reset every time.
Third time, there was a dead pixel on it.
Then after receiving the third refurbished unit, There were almost 5 dead pixels on it, and this was on the first time I turned it on after receiving it.
I will be sending it back for a fourth time!!!

They do not cover shipping costs or did they give me anything for my troubles. So I have spent about $40 bucks just on shipping the stupid thing back.

I want to share my experience with everyone in case people were wondering how the product performs.

I have had to do numerous in-store exchanges and even had to send one unit back to Sony for exchange (closest experience to hell on Earth you will find), but when you end up getting a flawless unit, in all its glory, you will realize it was well worth the trouble.

Too bad mate, you should have stopped when you got the PSP with 1 dead pixel. That's pretty good. I have one that has about 6 of them.
