Hi! I'm new around here...

Default cyclic redundancy check ERROR!

Sometimes when I try to put on a movie it will five me a "cyclic redundancy check" error. I have taking out the memory card and everything and still no luck! Plz Help!

That means your UMD can't be read properly. Check to see if it is scratched or has a hair on it etc. I really do wish Sony had made UMD's like Mini Discs - there is no excuse for the gap where the disc is exposed.

I'm sorry i didnt explain properly. I get this error on my computer when I try to transfer a movie to my psp.

Same thing. I thought it was a bit strange you were getting Windows errors on a PSP
