i highly recommend doing that, it creates all the files automatically. if you dont, you'll have to put them in manually. formatting it will erase anything on your stick, so its best to copy them all to the 32mb stick first then copy back to your other one after you format it. to format, go under settings.

where you find the folder "PSP" make a new one called MP_ROOT.
Then inside MP_ROOT, make a folder called 100MV01. Put your movies in 100MV01.

oh boy, you probably know how to do most of this, but i'll just show it step by step from the beginning (someone needs to make some sticky's so these questions aren't always asked)....
1: plug in your psp into the computer then go to usb mode 2: go into to the removable disk drive in my computer 3: put in two new folders; one called MP_ROOT and the other called PSP 4: inside MP_ROOT folder, make another one called 100MNV01 (theres another called 100ANV01, but i dont know what its for) 5: and, as you may know already, in the PSP folder, make 6 new folders called COMMON, GAME, MUSIC, PHOTO, SAVEDATA, and SYSTEM your mp4's go in the 100MNV01 folder and you have to rename them to something else (i cant remember though; i keep forgetting), but if you convert them with pspvideo9 or any other software then it renames it for you.
