What he's saying is that the guy makes it look like he's loading something into an emulator. Then there's a screen jump/cut, and there he is "playing" smb3. More likely, he has a video on a memory card. So the screen jump is him loading the video. Then he starts the video and hits the buttons like he's playing the game.

Has anyone seen the screenshots of Hafe Life 2 or PES4 posing as PSP games, rather than just video footage of the pc/XBox games. This is about as convincing. Still, I can't see why the PSP couldn't emulate GBA, or snes/N64 games for that matter.
