Default please help!!!! memory stick root

how do i get in to the memory sticks root on my my pc so i can create a folder for videos?

well, you either plug your mini-B USB cable into your PSP and connect it, or...

If you separatly buy a Sony Duo Mem Stick, it comes with a little converter for plugging it into a normal mem stick drive. I don't know if you can get the converter seperatly. :?

you can get a memory stick Duo reader or USB to mini-USB cable.

does the memory stick duo reader come with drivers for 98? becaues i bought the mini usb, to large usb and i have 98 so it wont work because theres no drivers..
