just about anything if you turn of your psp at the wrong time it might stop working did you turn it off while you were still playing online like in the middle of a game

i also quit the game im on, and turn it off from the home page, prob the best way.

no there arent any viruses that can do that with psp because there sony servers there not uping viruses to peoples psp's :wink:

alright ladies, calm down, Amanda was only asking for advice not to have to read a stupid argument about how to spell. Be a bit more helpful yeah!

Sorry i dont actually know what to suggest, from what you have said, when it started freezing, then said it had errors, then stopped working completly. This means it wasnt something you did wrong like turn it off all of a sudden, because if it had errors but still worked then completly crashed, it seems to be that the PSP's data is corrupted. i dont think anything can help it apart from contacting sony and asking if they can reinstall the software on it, or tell you what needs to be done and pay someone who can do it, like a new interior memory with the data on.
