Default connecting external game controllers to the PSP

hi ,
has any1 tried connecting an external usb game controller to the psp for playing games
i havea MS forcefeedback wheel and joystick and would like to know if they can be connected to the psp for games
have the drivers come out??

why would you want to do that?it would take away the fun of using a handheld console.you can get an add on which is the same shape as a ps2 controller but thats about it

The PSP is a USB Slave which means that, in USB terms, it is no different than the joystick/joypad itself. It quite simply wouldn't work.

There is a new TV adapter out that allows a PS2 pad to be used on the PSP though.
