Default PSP won't recognize memory stick!!!!!! HELP

I purchased a "MAX memory" 128 mb stick for my psp and it won't read it all the time....after I take it in and out for like 5 minutes it will read it but not off the bat!!!!!!!! What's wrong with it??? I would really appriciate some help please

its easy.theres only 3 prob.

1.ur memostick was not the type for u psp.
2.ur memostick was broken,and its a bunch of crap plastic-made rubbish(jokin)
3.try FORMAT ur memostick on ur PSP.(this is a MUST if u r usin a not SONY branded made for PSP MAGIC GATE memostick.)

tell me if its work. 8)

i thinking that theres a loose connection somewhere. move the stick around a bit once inside the PSP to see if you can find the connection

Yeah i found out that it was a loose wire and yes it did help when I formatted it thankx a lot guys
