Default Pluging a PSP in the computer

I pluged my psp into my computer and the blue screen turned orange. also when my psp opened it had two folders. one .pspware two PSP

Is this normal?

aslo when I try to run the pspware program it shuts down because of an error?

I guess you are talking about the PC version but I did have problems with the Mac version when I connected it it via usb some times it would eject it's self and also eject my portable harddrive for no reason and it ever converted a video once to mp4 for me.

I know alot of people love this program but I'm unsure I no longer use it I like to manage my PSP myself now
