iTunes, what!!!
There are a tonne of other ripping prgrams, like music match, etc, etc. iTunes likes to install all sorts wierd services. I mean, I don't even have an iPod and would never want one, yet you can't get rid of the ipod service it installs!
Unless you plan to download legit music with it then it's not worth it.

First off.....Even w/ the v2.0 or higher upgrade, the PSP will NOT be able to read a .wma file. The UG supports .wav files.

Secondly.....I use winamp to rip my cd's to .mp3 format for my PSP. You can set tags, bitrate, the works. You do have to have the PRO version to be able to rip more than 3 cds. The free version only allows up to 3 cds ripped.

Thirdly.....You can get Media Tagger to add pictures next to you songs. I believe there's a tutorial in the Music, Movies, etc Section of the forum.

I'm Quite Blur About What Your Talking About LOL Sorry I'm A PSP N00B

Can Give Me A Simple And Easy Explaination How To Convert .Wma to .Mp3 Format? I Think The Main Problem Is COPY RIGHT.. That's Why I Cant Use Normal Converter To Convert The .Wma Files To .Mp3 Files

I Try Itune But It Just Like Any Other Programme That I Use To Rip My Songs.

Same As - Window Media Player , AllConvertToMp3 , MusicMatch etc.
