Default Are psp games universal?

My parents are in Dubia and there are loads of playstation psps out there and there 40 pound cheaper there than in the UK i want 1 but need to know if it will work. I know the power is the same out there so there no problem with that but i need to know if the Uk games will work in a psp from Dubia? Basically are psp games universal will they work in any psp bought anywhere?

Most of them have a language selection. And yes, they are universal. Some only come in one language, so good luck reading. LOCKED
