sp2 restricts you ports, and you have to open them up, if you dont know how to, you need to read more on sp2... also, you need to redo your complete computer once again, because if you are not running sp2 and running sp1a like me also you need to make sure that you are copying them to the correct folders to the psp.. if not they dont work... for example and noted on http://www.pspspace.com regsitered area.. nstallation of File you have to put the file in a folder named "100MNV01" inside a folder called "MP_ROOT" on your Sony PSP, once you have hooked up your USB Cable. im done posting on this ![]()

It has nothing to do with SP2. As bad as SP2 is, I have it on my XP machine with 0 problems. I had to make no changes for my USB to be functional. The Folder names on the PSP side have nothing to do with the error he is recieving. Granted i can't tell you what the problem is.
