JAPAN PSP are made in Japan


US PSP are made in CHINA

err... ok I think some of the psps are assembled in china but the parts are from different places? =/ Came across a post a while ago. Not sure anymore.
UMD's are only printed in Japanese plants though. That reason created the shortage of possibly reviews and demos? I heard at E3 or one of the expos, that some of the companies had to load the games onto memory sticks in order to demo the game. Although there is a rumor some people in china found a way to start printing them... :?

Thanks. Now Im sure that i WONT be buying a US PSP. Id rather have the made in japan one that im using now. Gosh nooooooo made in China nooooooo

ehh, wont be hard for china to make copies of UMD, if they were able to imitate a dinosaur egg so easily, it fooled the americans ahahahaha
