Hi! I'm new around here...

Default Psp 1.5

hi, i just got psp version 1.5 from dubai, i opend it, and turned on the psp.... battery shows 35%(1hour:30mins) with green light power indicator.....now problem is whenever i tried to chek my umd demo disc and cliked on any of right hand side buttons ,psp turns off...this also happens when exploring through menus...but quite often,i have not charged it yet to see what is prob..battery says 35% left... but when i plugged it on AC power then it doesnt happens.... so what do u say the problem is? plz help

charge the battery up and see if it happens again then on

A new lithium-Ion Battery needs to be 'calibrated' by a full charge followed by a complete recharge. Only after that your battery indicator will be accurate. It says 35%, but in reality would be nearer to empty as a Lithium-Ion looses it's charge over a few weeks.
