Default DNS Error

Hi PSP-folks, n00b here. I'm certain this question has been posted dozens of times, but I'm just unable to find those threads.

My PSP is having problems getting a connection through my wireless home network. Some sites load perfectly (like Google/GMail, Tinymixtapes.com, Flickr, even Microsoft), some sites load crappy, mostly without the images or without css (like Kottke.org, Slashdot and my own website) and some sites won't load at all (PSP-Forum, Nytimes.com, Alistapart.com, a few Dutch sites) and a "DNS Error" message pops up. Most sites that look crappy stop working when clicking on links and the browser again tells me that there's been a DNS error.

It doesn't 'not work at all', but it doesn't work right either. I've tried entering IP addresses and DNS-settings manually, but I still got those half-loaded sites and constant error messages. Turning off WEP didn't work, resetting my wireless access point to factory defaults didn't work, bah!

Anyone who knows how to solve this? I'm thinking about taking my US Robotics wireless thingy back to the shop and get a different one, maybe that fixes it.

Oh by the way, redirecting me to threads about this problem is fine too.
