Default Parental Control?

Does anybody have experience of the parental control function on the psp? A friend is think of buying one for his nephew but will only buy one if it is possible to set a maximum useage time per day.

There is a parental control on the PSP. I'm not sure if its for video game rating or UMD movies but it is there.

i think there should be onle like the ps2 for the movies but as far as gameplay time is concerned i dont think anyone would bother becuz a handheld is for playing where you want and whenever you want
