I heard that UDM game have version, it mean some UMD can not play in version 1.52 or 2.0, not all UDM for all version. Is it true?

Yep, usually it means newer games need the newer firmware. The only downside is that they are increasing the security with each firmware release.

I wouldn't worry about it unless you want to play homebrew apps or *cough*pirate*cough* games.

Most games however will probably include the firmware patch they need on the UMD. So just plug the PSP into the mains and choose the update from the UMD menu. If not you'll need to download it onto the memory stick from a PC/MAC

The good news is that all games should run on the newer firmware.
