video 9 help

when i converted a episode of an anime to my psp the words and the mouthing were wrong. it looked like those shows where it was originally japanese but they have english viceovers without changing the mouth movement. when iw atch it on the comp its not like tht tho. and its rilly annoying because its WAY off. in an anime, its hard because the voices and the on screen picture need to match for the show to actuallly be idk.. viewed properly. u cant have like ash from pokemon throw pikachu out onto the field and like when pikachu is starting his first attack ash tells him "GO PIKACHU! I CHOOSE U!" and pikachu faints from losign thebattle and ash screams out "PIKACHU! QUICK ATTACK!" if u kno wat i mean. lol

but yea.. anyone kno how to fix the problem?
