Hi,
A computer running Windows 2000 or XP is ok for running psp through USB but windows 95, 98, and ME not supported without purchase of Memory Stick Reader, or Mac OS X.

So you have 2 options,
1.Upgrade to Windows XP
or
2.Get a memory stick reader.

I suggest both.

Hope this was a help,
