Are the neon gaming rated PRO DUOs faster or something?

i dont think there is a difference besides color

Yeah, just color. I heard that there was a study done and that people tend to like transparent, neon things over solid colors.

while the normal ones are at 190 or sumin

I find it hard to beleive that there is a site selling any 1GB Pro Duo at $67
