My region 3 PSP from Dubai played the 'region 2 and region 4' spiderman 2 I got from yourpsp.com, does this mean that I can play all region 2 UMD movies?

Probably not.

It appears that the free Spiderman 2 UMD is actually region free (no matter what is says on the box). This was to ensure that they could meet demand (i.e. ship the discs wherever they were needed).
