If you had the ability to change the PSP in any way what would you do?

For example,

Friends List,
Trophies,
Better Games

This is mostly for psp3000, online play like mgs portable ops, or a 360.

The keyboard maybe, but still makes it less of a portable solution

definately a built in webcam and mic, and an overall new system theme

we got new keyboard on psp's newest update 5.0! Full querty keyboard.
