currupt files on mem stick - PSP-Forum.com

i finished crisis core last night and saved my new game plus on a new slot (giving me a total of 10 different CC saves).

when i tried to load the game again the next day, 9 out of the 10 CC saves were currupt, as was a pro evo 2008 cup i had saved.

between finishing CC and the files becoming currupt, i had started a new game on monster hunter freedom 2 but hadnt used the psp otherwise.

has anyone else had any similar problems?

the 1 save that survived is 10 hours before the end of the game and my memory card is a genuine sony memory stick duo 2GB

Its happened to all of my saves and i have got exactally the same memory stick as you. Its a Sony MemoryStickPRODuo 2GB what has went wrong? or is it just me?

hahaha no i wasnt, i got high after i found out all my saves had gone XD

since then, ive had even more files wiped, ironically after playing wipeout pulse haha

gone is my monster hunter save, my ridge racer save, my pro evo save, all my crisis core saves, my tekken save, my rainbow six save and my EEE save.

i had pre-formatted the card on the psp before saving anything on it and ive not got any kind of custom firmware.

im considering the posibility my card is fake so here are the serial numbers and stuff...

usually corrupt data on a mem stick means ur mem stick is abit buggered. i had a camera and when i viewed images it was corrupt. when i took it to the shop the guy said it was the memory card. hope it helps.

I think you sticked Is messed up. I guess getting a new If you or you could go to a tech shop and have then have a look at It. I'm only being nice because you wasn't high lol but yeah have that checked out.
