What are the things to check before buying PSP!!!

If possible check it has no dead pixels. Thats about it really. You could also check what firmware it has on it but the chance of it having 1.5 or below is pretty slim.

Pagnell did help, i suggest you get USB cable and maybe a game and/or movie to go along with it.

buy a game, USB 2.0 cable, ask if its 1.50 version firmware (not needed) and a decent memory card.
